We want you to be happy with your purchase so if you are not delighted with your item(s) you can return it/them for full refund of the purchase price, if in perfect new condition along with all packaging etc post paid by customer, within 28 days of despatch.
If any items arrive damaged please contact customer services immediately (WITHIN 1 WORKING DAY OF DELIVERY PREFERABLY BY EMAIL) for replacement or other remedy.
All electrical products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of a fault developing in the guarantee period please contact customer services to arrange return.
